Your Park Award Nomination

We’re delighted to learn that the Friends of Hedgemead Park (HPF) have been nominated for the Community Choice Award, part of the Love Your Park volunteer awards for 2023-24. These are like the ‘Oscars’ of the ‘friends of park’ groups and aim to celebrate the effort and achievements of volunteers who help to look after their local parks and green spaces.

We are one of twelve groups in the contest across Bath and Bristol. The group which receives the most votes from their local community and supporters will win a prize of £200.

Voting closes at 12 noon on Thursday, 1st February 2024. The result will be announced at Your Park’s Celebration Ceremony in Bristol on 3rd February 2024.
