Gardening Schedule – Autumn/Winter 2025-26
Volunteer gardening is one of the Friends’ key functions and, along with keeping the park litter-free, it’s what most visitors to Hedgemead Park really value. It also shows that local people really care about their park.
The Friends maintain a schedule of two gardening sessions per month, alternating between Thursdays and Sundays. As you might expect, we’re always looking for new volunteers to join us. So, whether you’re an experienced gardener or completely new to it, why not come along to see if you like it? There’s never any expectation to attend every session, you just join us when you can.
