Membership is by annual subscription and is open to all. The membership year runs from 1st April – 31st March. Members are encouraged to attend Annual General Meetings (usually held in May each year) and to vote on resolutions put at such meetings.
To cover HPF’s running costs there is a small membership subscription (currently £5 per year per individual, £25 per year for group/corporate), which falls due on 1st April. Group/Corporate members have 3 votes at General Meetings; individual members have one. To keep our costs to a minimum we prefer to communicate by email wherever possible.
