Gardening Schedule Spring/Summer 2023

As Spring unfolds and the days lengthen, it’s great to get outside into the fresh air. And what better way than to join our gardening team for a couple of hours of light work keeping Hedgemead Park looking attractive? We’re a friendly and sociable group, having varying levels of gardening expertise, and you’d be made to feel very welcome.

We’ve published a new schedule of dates for the Spring/Summer 2023 season. Assembling at the bandstand, all sessions are about 2 hours long starting at 10 am.

If you’ve got your own gloves and a few tools, then please bring them. If not, we have a small supply of hand tools for you to use on the day. Please note, your session leader will brief you on general safety measures when you arrive.
