Cancelled AGM
Regrettably, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Wednesday, 29th April 2020 is cancelled. Instead we intend to do a ‘virtual AGM’ by electronically publishing all the information that would have been given at the AGM.
This information will be published to the Documents Section of this web site and emailed to all Members registered with us for the year 2019/20.
And as our Membership year commences on 1st April, we will include a Membership Application form inviting you to become a Member or to renew your Membership for another 12 months.
These are very unsettling times but it is a testament to the value of public open spaces such as Hedgemead Park that Government guidance is to keep parks open for local residents to take short periods of exercise and fresh air.
