AGM 2021 Invitation
As we come to the end of our 2020/21 Membership year, we are pleased to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via Zoom on:
Thursday, 13th May at 6:30pm.
The meeting is open to all. If you want to attend, please email the HPF Secretary requesting the Zoom access code.
A draft AGM Agenda is available in the Documents section of the HPF Website at https://www.hedgemead.org/documents. The final AGM Agenda will be emailed a few days before the meeting to all who have registered to attend.
If you have any questions to put to the Committee, we’d be grateful if you would send them to the HPF Secretary in good time for the meeting.
If you are a Member, you can submit a Motion for the meeting to vote upon. The Motion must be received no later than a week before AGM date and be seconded before being put to a vote. Please note, only Members may vote.
Finally, are you interested in joining the HPF Committee? If so, please contact the HPF Secretary to discuss what’s involved. Elections are held during the AGM.
